A full day to rediscover the pleasure of working with your hands, connect with nature, and explore the harmony between art, matter, and awareness.

Through manual spinning and handmade pasta preparation, we will explore the visible and invisible threads that weave through our daily lives.

A workshop where the ancient meets the everyday, and manual work becomes poetry.

Facilitators’ Biography

Elisa Fanton and Elisa Cereda share a passion for the simple gestures that bring people together.

Elisa Fanton works with dough and storytelling: she creates workshops where hands knead and stories take shape.

Elisa Cereda gives voice to fibers and craftsmanship: spinning, weaving, and creating become tools for connecting with oneself and others.

From this shared vision comes a joint idea: to revive ancient practices like spinning and pasta-making — timeless rituals that foster community, listening, and presence.

In “Threads and Flour”, they combine their experiences to offer a day made of matter, words, and shared gestures — where the act of creating together is central.
