In a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere, our Creative Lounge offers a monthly shared exploration of emotional intelligence. Each meeting begins with a guided dialogue that leads participants on a journey of awareness through body, mind, and soul. Then words become gestures: we weave wool, matter, and symbols, shaping creations accessible to all.

A path that interlaces deep listening with the beauty of hands-on work, within a convivial circle that opens with a delicious apericena.

Duration:

Monthly meetings every second Thursday of the month, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including apericena.

Program for Each Gathering:

• Welcome and brief opening circle

• Experiential dialogue led by Veronica (emotional intelligence and self-awareness)

• Shared apericena

• Creative workshop with Elisa: handcrafting with wool, no tools needed

Facilitators:

Veronica Brizzi & Elisa Cereda

Veronica and Elisa combine complementary skills to guide participants on a journey through words and matter.

Veronica brings her expertise in deep listening and conscious dialogue, guiding moments of reflection and inner opening.

Elisa translates these reflections into creative gestures, facilitating simple and meaningful manual work, where each creation arises from the shared group experience.

Together, they offer a welcoming space where thought, emotion, and hands meet in an authentic and transformative process.

Portico alla Gioia – Gola di Lago

A mountain refuge immersed in nature, with both indoor and outdoor spaces for artistic practice.

Apericena with natural cuisine made from fresh, local products.

Participation Fee:

CHF 75.– / per session
