About the event
Description
A sensitive and immersive retreat inspired by Rodin’s famous ballerinas.
Two days to observe movement in the body, embody it through yoga and somatic practices, and transform it into form through clay modeling.
Starting from the study of Rodin’s sculpted dancing poses, we’ll draw inspiration from the imperfect grace of the human gesture, translating it into physical and artistic experiences.
Each day will begin with a regenerative yoga session to awaken the body and the inner gaze, followed by guided observation and movement, and culminating in sculptural creation.
A silent dance between inside and outside, gesture and matter.

Facilitators’ Biography
Veronica Brizzi and Elisa Cereda co-lead this retreat, offering two complementary perspectives on the body, art, and transformative gesture.
Veronica Brizzi is a yoga teacher, complementary therapist, and philosophical counselor. For years, she has guided individuals and groups through body-centered practices, breathwork, and mindful presence. Her guidance is deep, respectful, and gentle—creating trusting spaces where the body can relax, open up, and return to its natural rhythm.
Elisa Cereda is an artist, educator, and artisan. With roots in figurative art and experiential pedagogy, she offers clay workshops where matter becomes voice, gesture, and authentic expression. Her work gives form to inner feeling, allowing hands to speak and create.
This retreat is born from the natural synergy between Veronica’s bodywork and Elisa’s creative facilitation. Two paths woven together by movement, sensation, and artistic creation—to guide participants in a full experience where inner motion shapes the outer world.
The body observes, embodies, dances.
The hands gather, mold, and express.
A living, fluid, and harmonious collaboration—nurturing the beauty of each participant with simplicity and depth.
