Breath and Nourishment

Description:

A monthly gathering dedicated to well-being, vitality, and community. Breath and Nourishment is a rejuvenating space to reconnect with your body, release tension, and activate vital energy through a yoga practice suitable for all levels, followed by a simple, healthy, and delicious lunch to share together.

Each session fosters a welcoming environment where every movement nourishes the body, breath, and connection with others.

Schedule:

Monthly meetings every third Tuesday of the month, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, including lunch.

General Program (for each session):

• Yoga practice accessible to all (outdoors or indoors depending on the weather)

• Awareness and breathing exercises

• Final relaxation in a natural setting

• Shared lunch with fresh, seasonal, wholesome ingredients

Facilitator:

Veronica Brizzi guides people on paths of well-being and awareness through a holistic approach that integrates body, mind, and soul.

A yoga teacher with solid training in Hatha Yoga and Essential Yoga, she is also a counselor with a philosophical-existential and transactional analysis orientation.

Thanks to deep inner work begun in 2016 with the Emodeling method, she brings the value of deep listening and personal transformation into her practice.

Through yoga, counseling, and energetic practices, Veronica supports those who wish to reconnect with their center, get to know themselves, and live more truthfully and rooted in authenticity.

Portico alla Gioia – Gola di Lago

A nature-immersed retreat with both indoor and outdoor spaces for artistic and holistic practice.

Lunch is prepared using fresh, local, and natural ingredients.

Participation Fee:

CHF 45.– per session
