Description

An immersive week among the primordial energies of the Aeolian Islands, where wild nature and inner rhythm intertwine in a journey of awareness, presence, and centering.

Guided by the six basic exercises of Rudolf Steiner, each day we will enter into deep contact with ourselves through practices that harmonize thought, will, emotion, trust, and observation.

Meditative walks, sunrise meditations, symbolic writing, and simple artistic practices will support the inner work within a daily rhythm that is alive and regenerative, where every gesture becomes meaningful and every moment an opportunity for growth.

An experiential retreat for those who wish to reconnect with their inner strength and with the world, guided by conscious presence, breath, and landscape.

An invitation to dwell in silence, in the body, and in the light of the islands as mirrors of the soul on its path.

Facilitator Biography

Elisa Cereda is an artist, trainer, and educator.

With solid experience in art, craftsmanship, and experiential learning, she guides individuals and groups through transformative journeys where the body, imagination, and presence become tools of awareness.

In her retreats and workshops, art intertwines with life, creating authentic spaces for expression and reconnection with oneself and the world.
