About the event
Description
Forest Immersion, or Shinrin Yoku, is a practice born in Japan in the 1980s to counteract the stress and crisis of the technological human, increasingly distanced from nature. This method is a path of evolution through Beauty and an ancient wisdom which, expressed in different places and times, maintains a single beating heart: nature as teacher.
Also spreading rapidly in the West, Shinrin Yoku is recognized for its proven therapeutic benefits: it reduces the stress hormone in the blood, strengthens the immune system, and regulates blood pressure and heart rate. It is a path of knowledge and transformation that unites science and spirituality through nature.
The course is experiential and aimed at those who wish to meet their true self and find the courage to reconnect with their inner nature.
