About the event
Description
A barefoot journey through sand, wind, and living matter.
A week dedicated to a direct encounter with clay and earth, to rediscover your body as an instrument of listening, expression, and deep connection.
Through manual work with clay and life in nature, we root ourselves in the landscape: shaping, breathing, observing, touching.
A simple and authentic retreat to regenerate and let emerge forms born from the body and the earth.
Planned Experiences
Clay modeling with free hands
Daily body awareness and grounding practices
Moments of silence and mindful walks in the Mediterranean scrub
Personal time, sea, reading, sharing under the stars
Logistics
Accommodation in seaside camping bungalows
Shared meals (kitchen available)
Flight travel to Crotone/Lamezia + transfers
